BoomPowCrew V3.0 with Guest Athlete, Heather Scott
Who is Heather Scott?
She is an Athlete, a Cyclist , a MTB'er, an Adventurer, a Triathlete (7 x Ironman), a Runner and Ultra Runner, among other things. Heather is one of the more passionate and dedicated athletes you'll find. She will say- what she lacks in natural talent, she makes up for in hard work, consistency, grit and a positive “i get to do this” attitude. Heather finds inspiration in the journey and the “work” that goes into making each journey end in growth and success... but also have a great time while doing it . It sounds cliche, but she's on to something and it's true. "No one is the fastest except one person on any given day. The rest of us - which is everyone, because you can't win every day and you can't win forever - the inspiration does not come from winning the race, but in rising to the challenge, working hard and living a healthy, inspired life." With this mindset, Heather has become an inspiration to others as her challenges for herself are BIG: Tahoe 200 Ultra Running Race (30k of climbing) -98.5 hours; Two Ironman 140.6 races (of the 7 completed) - Santa Rosa and Boulder - one month apart; and the Javelina Jundred- 100 mile ultra (twice). Heather says, "Come from a place of YES - and make shit happen!." You can follow Heather here on IG: @heatherrosescott
