Shipping & Delivery
All shipments have associated tracking numbers that will be provided to the customer via email once the order ships. We offer the following UPS and USPS shipping options for customers within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska included) :

- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express
For international customers we offer USPS First Class, Priority and Express International shipping to most countries.

Returns & Exchanges
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, Panache accepts returned merchandise in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, within 30 days of your order receipt. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue. Panache TeamiD custom program style sales are final and not returnable. These items are custom built exactly to order and we do not stock additional inventory of these styles. Please contact your team manager for additional information. Items sold at discount which may have been samples, sold at outlets or special events are not covered under Panache Cyclewear's return/exchange policy. To exchange or return your purchase, send it back with your original invoice and or the name of the purchaser. Please write “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number on your return package and send it to : Panache Cyclewear, Co. Attn: Returns 2840 Wilderness Place, Studio G Boulder, Colorado 80301 Then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can expedite your return or exchange. Panache Cyclewear Co. is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email confirming that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 business days after your package arrives for returns to be processed.
Panache Cyclewear, Co. is proud of our products and we stand behind them. We guarantee that the fabrics, materials and craftsmanship in every product we make for the use for which it was intended. Thus, Panache provides a 1 year warranty to the original purchaser, against defects in craftsmanship and materials. Please note: this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. For warranty evaluation, please return your Panache product directly to our Customer Service. Panache Cyclewear, Co. offers pre-order styles for purchase on shop.panachecyclewear.com. These styles can be from the Panache TeamiD custom program and purchased in a My TeamStore or from Panache's own retail styles. Panache TeamiD custom styles take approximately 6-8 weeks to produce after the corresponding My TeamStore closes. Customers who order these styles can expect a delivery time of 7-9 weeks depending on the duration that the team keeps their My TeamStore open. Once the store closes and the order is in production these sales are final
. In some cases exchanges are possible but are dependent on excess team stock. Panache does not stock additional inventory of custom styles. New and/or limited edition Panache retail items will sometimes be offered for pre-order. These items are typically in route from the factory and will be shipped to customers within a few weeks of placing an order. These items fall under our regular return-exchange terms
