Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Panache wants you to be stoked with your Panache kit! Read below for our return and exchange policy.

Start a Return: Click HERE to start a return for U.S. orders and generate a prepaid label. For International orders, please email intlcs@panachecyclewear.com.

  • When using our prepaid label $7.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • If using your own label, please return to PANACHE Returns/Exchanges | 2932 10th St. | Boulder, CO 80304
  • Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

RETAIL MERCHANDISE We happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased directly from Panache. This Return policy is good for 30 days from purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All returned items must include the product packaging, hang tag, as well as a copy of the Packing Slip or the Order#. CUSTOM TEAM APPAREL, CUSTOM CORPORATE APPAREL, and PRE-ORDERs Because these items are custom and made specifically to your order, there are NO Exchanges or Returns on these items. Please check with your Team or Company to see if they ordered inventory for size and other issues.
