Return / Exchange / and Warranty Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Panache wants you to be stoked with your Panache kit. For retail merchandise: we happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased. This Return policy is good for 30 days from purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All returned items must include in the package either a copy of the Packing Slip or the Order#. To Start a Return, go HERE
Please NOTE, this policy does not apply to CLOSEOUT items, CUSTOM orders, Guest Artist orders, or some SALE items.
EXCHANGES: We accept exchange requests made within 30 days of purchase. Please go HERE to start an exchange. Custom Apparel items are not eligible for exchange.
WARRANTY: All retail merchandise purchased online at our web store carries a full warranty for defects in workmanship or materials. To start a warranty evaluation send merchandise to Panache CS at 2932 10th St., Boulder, CO 80304 USA.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by usage, accident, improper care, negligence. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. All shipments to the Panache Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. Panache Cyclewear Co.® cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Colorado State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.
