Yes, if you crash, we can replace it at a discounted price (20% OFF original price). Please note: this process takes approximately 3-4 weeks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Panache wants you to be stoked with your Panache kit! Read below for our return and exchange policy.

  • When using our prepaid label $7.00 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

RETAIL MERCHANDISE We happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased directly from Panache. This Return policy is good for 30 days from purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All returned items must include the product packaging, hang tag, as well as a copy of the Packing Slip or the Order#. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

In most cases, we can make changes to RETAIL orders before they have been shipped. Changes include sizing (if we have your size in stock), removing or adding products, and changing the delivery address.

*CUSTOM Apparel order changes can only be made before the Team Store has closed.
Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
